Jonni Redick has over 20 years of instructional facilitation with supervisors, middle managers and leadership staff utilizing pedagogic methods (e.g. presentation, discussion and collaboration) in virtual and hybrid training environments. All training will be conducted through an adult learning environment which could include role play exercises, listening sessions, practice-training presentations and observations, and interactive panel discussion. Her facilitation focuses on communication to bridge difficult conversations between employees and external stakeholders.

Client will receive consultation on preparation for the oral interview or assessment center process (Agencies vary). The session will consist of understanding how to approach the process, overview of assessment center components, identifying what type of material to study, and include practice mock exercises. * Included: assistance with developing strategies for work experience inventory (resume) and written development examination questions.
Clients will receive consultation on how and what type of material to study while preparing for the Lieutenant written examination. Develop a study plan, create efficient study strategies, learn to network and leverage exposure within the organization, and identify considerations for the next phase of the examination process. * Included is assistance with examination work experience inventory (resume) preparation.
Client will receive consultation for the oral interview or assessment center process (Agencies vary). The session will consist of understanding how to approach the process, identifying what to study, and include practice mock exercises. Additional assistance with strategies for developing work experience inventory (resume) and response to written questions for the examination process.
Session will introduce officers to the structure of how to prepare for a sergeant promotional examination process. Clients will understand how to create a study plan, identify what material to study, and how to transition from the written examination to preparing for the oral interview or assessment center process.
Consultation will introduce and prepare clients for the panel interview or assessment center process. Sessions will include identifying strategies to approach response development, identifying considerations for how to identify material for study, work on building leadership. Mock oral exercises are included. *Session can be conducted in one session or divided into separate sessions.
